Á sama tíma og við bjóðum ykkur og barnið ykkar velkomið í leikskólanum, Mánaland, viljum við veita ykkur upplýsingar um ýmis atriði sem eru tengd starfsemi leikskólans og nauðsynlegt er fyrir foreldra að vita.

Mýrdalshreppur á og rekur og fer með eftirliti vegna þjónustu hjá leikskólann Mánaland. Sveitarstjóri hefur yfirumsjón með rekstri hans fyrir hönd sveitarstjórnar og er hann næsti yfirmaður leikskólastjóra.

Leikskólinn er tveggja deilda leikskóli í Vík í Mýrdal og er fyrir börn á aldrinum 1-5 ára. Leikskólinn er staðsettur í sama húsi og Víkurskóli, grunnskóli Mýrdalshrepps ásamt íþróttamiðstöð hreppsins. Milli 20 - 30 börn stunda nám við leikskólann á hverjum tíma. Starfsmannafjöldi miðast við fjölda barna og aldur þeirra. Leikskólinn opnar kl. 07:45 á morgnana og honum er lokað kl. 16:15.

Dear Parents

As we welcome you and your child to the preschool, Mánaland, we want to provide you with information about various things related to the activities at the preschool that are necessary for parents to know.

Mýrdalshreppur is responsible for the administartion and oversight of Mánaland preschool. The local manager oversees its operation on behalf of the local government and is the immediate superior of the preschool director.

The preschool has two classrooms in Vík in Mýrdal and is for children aged 1-5 years. Theprescool is located in the same building as Víkurskóli, Mýrdalshrepp's elementary school and the district's sports center. Between 20 - 30 children attend the preschool at any given time. The number of employees is calculated in accordance with on the number of children and their ages. Mánaland opens at 07:45 in the morning and it closes at 4:15 p.m.
